Billing: GPS Monthly
- The billing cycle starts on the first day of the month and ends on the last day.
- The customer's credit card will be charged on the 25th day of each month of the billing cycle.
- If payment is not received by the 1st of the month, service will be disconnected and there will be a $45 reactivation fee plus the monthly subscription amount.
- If for any reason the card on file is rejected, customer will be emailed and or called before service is disconnected.
Billing: GPS Yearly
- The billing cycle starts on the first day of the next month and ends 365 days later.
- Customers will be notified via email or phone 30 days in advance of service expiration.
Merchandise Refunds:
Product refunds fall under the manufacturers refund policy. MC Telecom honors all manufactures refund policies.
Merchandise Return:

Product Warranty:
